How it works: Each round shows a flashing square on a 3×3 grid and plays a spoken letter. Your job: press Position if the square is in the same spot as N trials ago, press Letter if the spoken letter is the same as N trials ago, press both if both match, or do nothing if neither matches. Start at N=2. The task adapts up or down based on your accuracy.

Research shows that regular Dual N-Back practice strengthens the same working memory and attention systems that ADHD affects most. You will start at 2-Back. Each session is 20 trials. Aim for 5 sessions a week.
